butterfly, Plum Judy, meaning a striking and beautiful butterfly. This active butterfly is
usually seen at the tops of trees and amidst foliage. In the same manner, the Hotel
Plum Judy is also located on top of a mountain which adds to its beauty.
Hotel Plum Judy located in Pallivasal is situated around 8 km from Munnar It is a
fabulous masterpiece of nature having a dreamlike view, which combines greenly
mountains, valleys, lakes, waterfalls, verdant forests. One side of the hotel faces
towering hills and on the other side is the valley which has excellent scenic beauty,
panoramic views, lush green forests, enchanting streams and attractive surroundings
makes the guest’s dream come true. In addition to the dreamlike sceneries, there are
numerous flora and fauna in the scenic area and rare species of animals.
The story of AK Hotel Group, which opened its first hotel in 1997, is a tale of continual

standards. The AK Hotel Group, owned by Mr. Ashok Kumar who is a well-established
owner, developer, and operator of brand hotels is an Ernakulam-based company for
nearly 20 years. He owns, operates and franchises three hotels in which two are three
star hotels and one Leisure 5- star complexes in Kerala (INDIA). The company focuses
on major gateway cities including Kerala, as well as planning to expand business in
various parts of the country. During these years, it has transformed the hospitality
